The mission of the Nampa Farmers’ Market is to provide a venue where local farmers, producers, crafters and artisans come together to provide a variety of fresh produce and locally crafted products directly to the consumer.

Boise Farmers Market is a food-centric and agriculturally based market. Within our guidelines, the majority of the members must be agricultural. 95% of the vendors are food and agricultural products with 5% dedicated to non-food items.

handmade market located in the heart of downtown Eagle, Idaho in Heritage Park. Managed by the City of Eagle Parks and Recreation, one will find an array of arts and crafts along with local produce, herbs and flowers, woodwork, specialty food items, and freshly prepared food.

Spend your ‘Tuesdays on the Creek’ in downtown Caldwell! This 20-week event series includes live music from local and touring artists. This event is held in conjunction with the Farm to Fork Farmers’ Market. Enjoy the music, grab a bite to eat and something to drink, then get ready to dance the night away!

MERIDIAN ART WEEK

The City of Meridian will celebrate its 6th annual MERIDIAN ART WEEK from September 7 - 10, 2022, with a variety of free and low-cost activities designed to engage the public and highlight the important role the arts play in making Meridian a vibrant community. Featured activities include: Kick-Off Celebration, Chalk Art Competition, Community Art Party, Meridian Art Drop, Make and Take Art Projects, Pop-Up Art Display, Art Gallery Exhibits, Professional Mural Paintings, Live Music, Dance and Theatre Performances, the Tammy de Weerd Awards in the Arts, and more! 2022 STATE OF DOWNTOWN BOISE

State of Downtown is a chance to celebrate a year of accomplishments and progress for Downtown Boise and the Downtown Boise Association. The 2022 event will be hosted on Thursday, September 8 from 8 a.m.—10 a.m. The morning will feature remarks from Mayor Lauren McLean, a panel discussion highlighting the role of retail in Downtown Boise, the announcement the year’s Cooley Award recipient, networking, a coffee bar, and light bites. Additionally, attendees will be the first to hear about some thrilling new downtown enhancements.

LOWE FAMILY FARMSTAED FALL SEASON

Lowe Family Farmstead is Idaho's most popular fall destination. The location in Kuna offers plenty of farm-tastic fun for the whole family! Pick pumpkins at the patch, take an authentic tractor-drawn hayride, wander through the beautiful flower field, enjoy some farm-fresh food, and of course, get lost in Idaho's Original Corn Maze. They have something for everyone to enjoy!

ART IN THE PARK 2022

  • 10 AM - 8 PM

Boise Art Museum’s Art in the Park is widely recognized as one of the premiere cultural events in the Northwest. This all outdoor, open-air festival, held on the weekend following Labor Day each September, provides visitors of all ages and interests with the opportunity to meet more than 200 artists and purchase their artworks. During the three-day event, Boise Art Museum presents a variety of contemporary arts and crafts, along with live music and entertainment, wonderful food, and hands-on activities for children.

TASTE OF CALDWELL HARVEST

Caldwell is known for it’s farm fresh goods and farm to fork dining, but how do you know what you are eating or drinking is truly local? They invite you to come down to get a true taste of what Caldwell has to offer! There is so much more than meets the eye.

Idaho Chefs will be serving up bite-sized dishes featuring local ingredients paired with beer or wine for you to enjoy. You can also expect there to be live music and try your hand at Chicken Drop Bingo, while you visit with our vendors and shop around.

EAGLE JAZZ FESTIVAL

  • 10AM - 8PM

EAGLE JAZZ FESTIVAL will host its inaugural weekend event on September 16-17, 2022. Free Kick Off Concert will be Friday at 6:00 featuring music by Steve Eaton, followed by Club Night at 8:00 pm at downtown Eagle Restaurants. Three Bands/ Three Venues for $10. On Saturday, Ellie Shaw and Sandy Santa Cruz Quartet will take the stage in Heritage Park 10am-2 pm during the Eagle Market. The Main Stage Concert will be on Saturday at 5pm at 3 Horse Ranch Vineyards. Headliners will be Jazz Singer Farayi Malek, Master Tapper Andrew Nemr, and the funky Shon Sanders Band.

HYDE PARK STREET FAIR

  • 4PM

Established in 1979, Hyde Park Street Fair is celebrating 42 years of unique North End fun! From humble roots on the streets of Hyde Park to our current digs in nearby Camel's Back Park, each fair is an event for the whole family that celebrates local with food, activities, 100+ vendors and dozens of bands to enjoy. As always, Hyde Park Street Fair is a FREE community event! To celebrate our first fair in two years, Hyde Park Street Fair has partnered with local Sockeye Brewing to create a custom Oktoberfest-type brew called Hyde Park Street Fest which is exclusive to Hyde Park Street Fair! Entertainment will be announced soon, so watch our page for more info. All Fair proceeds benefit the non-profit North End Neighborhood Association and our mission to preserve the unique and historic character of Boise's Historic North End.

NO GREATER LOVE AVIATION FOUNDATION 5K RUN AND WALK

  • 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM

The race will include a 5K run/walk as well as a 1 mile run/walk. 100% of run proceeds will fund 5 aviation scholarships named in honor of Idaho veterans who lost their lives in the line of duty.

SEPTEMBER 22 - 25

FALL AND GOURD FESTIVAL AT FRANZ WITTE
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Franz Witte is partnering with the Idaho Gourd Society for a four-day extravaganza involving all things fall and gourds! Tour the exhibition of arts, crafts, gifts, and demonstrations created by talented members of the Idaho Gourd Society. There will be classes and workshops available all four days during this festival. Discover why gourds are not only a hidden treasure to grow but to create.

With all our festivals, enjoy live music, food trucks, and a destination shopping experience. Fall is the perfect time to plant trees and shrubs before winter and give those front porch pots one last facelift before the season ends. Bring your creativity and curiosity to this four-day fall festival!

FLIPSIDE FEST PRESENTED BY DUCK CLUB

Flipside Fest is a three-day music and mural festival in Garden City, Idaho. The fest is an all-ages, outdoor, multi-venue festival featuring 50ish local and touring bands, live murals by local artists, and immersive on-foot exploration of the Surel Mitchell Live-Work-Create district in Garden City.

SEPTEMBER 24

EBAY MOTOR’S FALL SWAP MEET & DRAG RACES AT FIREBIRD RACEWAY

  • 7:35 AM - 10:00 PM

The 18th Annual eBay Motors Fall Swap Meet & Drag Races returns Saturday, September 24. The location of the Swap Meet will be at Firebird Raceway located on Hwy 16 (northwest of Eagle on the Emmett Highway).

The swap meet takes place in Firebird's pit area, which is open to a wide variety of automotive parts, cars, trucks, collectibles, toys, tools and more.

OLD BOISE OKTOBERFEST

Boise Basin Quilters Guild’s annual quilt show showcases hundreds of quilts and exhibits. Come see the professionally judged quilts, shop for gifts & quilting supplies, collect your free door prize & enter for a chance to win our beautiful raffle quilt! The quilt show promotes awareness, education, and preservation of the quilting arts, supports the Boise Basin Quilters Guild’s community outreach projects, and supports our local quilt shops and vendors.
