Three Concerts You Won’t Want to Miss This Summer
The music scene in Boise shines the brightest during Idaho’s hottest months. We’d like to highlight three concerts you won’t want to miss this summer. Overwhelmingly, the concert creating the greatest buzz around town is Garth Brooks performing at Albertsons Stadium on Saturday, July 20, 2019. Brooks is one of the world’s best-selling musicians with more than 170 million records sold. His visit to the Albertsons Stadium is likely to set a new attendance record for the stadium. The second concert you won’t want to miss is the lovely Josh Groban. He is performing at the Idaho Botanical Garden on Friday, August 30, 2019. Groban is a singer-songwriter who has sold over 2.3 million records. He is famous for capturing hearts with his touching lyrics and stringed instrument symphony. The third concert is a local gem – Jesse Dayne & The Sagebrush Drifters. They’re a country band based out of Middleton, Idaho; with roots dug deep into Idaho soil, along with bluegrass, traditional country, red dirt and Americana genres. They will be playing at Gordy’s Hwy 30 Music Fest on June 20, 21, and 22. This music festival is Southern Idaho’s largest family-friendly music event and takes place in Filer near Twin Falls.
